	Jonathan Bahr, Principal Jonathan Bahr, a founding partner of Urbana, has gained experience over the last twenty-four years in the fields of architecture and planning. His daily challenges revolve around the implementation of project designs from construction documents through field observations. As a hands-on member of the Firm, each client benefits from his direct contact. Current licensure includes the state of North Carolina.		Babak Emadi, Principal As a founding partner, Babak believes passionately in aesthetic design and creative process. Babak’s sixteen years of experience and hands-on approach will ensure that each project is uniquely conceived and nurtured through its completion. He is actively involved with City officials and neighborhood groups in all phases of planning and urban design.
